Quality Inspection System
Three inspection gates plus third-party authoritative test reports ensure the optical performance and compliance safety of every unit shipped
Incoming Inspection (IQC)
Batch sampling inspection of lenses, prisms and metal components; material documentation checks and critical dimension tolerance measurement to control quality at the source.
In-Process Inspection (IPQC)
Patrol inspection during assembly: checking and recording optical axis parallelism, focus feel and seal integrity, correcting assembly deviations promptly.
Outgoing Inspection (OQC)
Finished goods are checked for optical resolution, appearance and function; nitrogen filling, drop and environmental reliability are batch-sampled. Defective units are never shipped.
Third-Party Authoritative Testing
Representative models have been tested by Jiangsu Yawei Testing and the National Optical Instrument Quality Supervision & Inspection Centre: the Colour 8x32 binocular meets GB 6675.4-2014 on migration of certain elements; the SG300 biological microscope meets GB/T 2985-2008.
