NEW SAGA Type-62 Tactical Compass

SAGA Type-62 Tactical Compass

67x62x22mm / 130g / decommissioned military item (2019) / Alloy body / High-precision needle

The SAGA Type-62 tactical compass is an authentic military classic, type-approved in 1962, in service with the Chinese armed forces for 57 years and retired in 2019 - still made to military standard for civilian use. The alloy body is tough yet compact at just 67x62x22mm and around 130g, so it fits in one hand or hangs on your belt. It is a multi-function instrument combining a compass/navigation bearing, an outdoor rosette, a clinometer for slope and elevation, map distance measuring (straight or curved) via the odometer wheel, azimuth angle measurement, and a signal mirror for emergency SOS. Its hardened steel needle holds high magnetism for years and is luminous, so you can read the bearing even in darkness. A brass brake plate with a metal brake button locks the needle and protects the instrument when closed; a pendulum inclinometer and level base let you measure the slope of mountains, buildings and the horizon. The included odometer wheel and distance ring let you measure route mileage directly on a scaled map. It ships in a premium leather case (with a leatherette option), a user manual, a hand strap and a colour box. Ideal for travel, cycling, hiking, camping, exploration and sailing - a reliable navigation companion and a collectible piece.

NEW SAGA Compass

SAGA Compass

3 versions / Zinc-alloy body / +/-1 deg needle / Sealed waterproof / Luminous dial / Army green & army green camo

The SAGA SC-4076 tactical compass series offers three variants: Basic Professional, Multi-function Pro A, and Multi-function Pro B. Built with a tough zinc-alloy body that resists pressure and drops, its precision magnetic needle is calibrated in-factory to better than +/-1 degree, and the luminous dial keeps the direction clearly readable at night. Sealed and waterproof, it handles light rain and damp outdoor conditions with ease, in a rugged military green / camouflage finish. The Basic Professional covers essential orientation, map location, distance estimation and azimuth; the Multi-function Pro adds target ranging, all-weather use, slope measurement, azimuth angle reading and map calibration - a reliable companion for outdoor navigation, field work, classroom learning and military collecting.

NEW SAGA Height & Slope Gauge (Model 007)

SAGA Height & Slope Gauge (Model 007)

Altitude, slope and angle measurement / DEG bidirectional graduations / Cotangent reference table / Aluminum-alloy body

The SAGA height & slope gauge (007 model) is a professional outdoor measuring tool for height, slope and angle. Built with a sturdy yet lightweight aluminium-alloy body, its front dial carries a bidirectional DEG angle scale (0-90 degree) with a bubble level at the centre. Through the eyepiece you read the tilt angle at a glance, then use the COTANGENTS 360-degree conversion table on the back to translate it into target height and distance. By measuring the angle of elevation you can estimate the height of hills, trees, buildings and other landmarks - a practical companion for outdoor exploration, geological survey, forestry, surveying and classroom learning. Slope, height and angle measurement in one simple, easy-to-read tool.

NEW SAGA Height & Slope Gauge (Model 006)

SAGA Height & Slope Gauge (Model 006)

171x53x14mm / 37.6mm dial / 252g / Altimeter compass / ADC12 aluminum alloy / Silver

The SAGA height & slope gauge (006 model) is a professional outdoor compass & clinometer combining height measurement, azimuth and map location in one tool. Built with an ADC12 aluminium-alloy body, it is sturdy, lightweight, waterproof and shock-resistant with a solid in-hand feel. The front holds two dials - the upper one is a 0-360 degree azimuth compass with N/S/E/W markings, the lower one is a height/slope dial - while the side carries a millimetre ruler for measuring height, distance and bearing directly. At about 171mm long and just 14mm thick, it slips easily into pack or pocket. Height, slope and azimuth in one simple tool, shipped with a shock-resistant nylon pouch and bilingual manual - a practical choice for outdoor exploration, geological survey, forestry, map location and classroom learning.

NEW SAGA Compass & Bearing Gauge (Model 005, Climber Series)

SAGA Compass & Bearing Gauge (Model 005, Climber Series)

76.5x54x14mm / 37.6mm dial / 106g / Climber Series / +/-1 deg accuracy / ADC12 aluminum alloy / Waterproof & shock-resistant

The SAGA compass & bearing gauge (005 model, Climber Series) is a high-precision portable compass combining bearing navigation, azimuth measurement and distance reading in one tool. Its solid ADC12 aluminium-alloy housing is drop-resistant, waterproof and corrosion-resistant with a reassuring in-hand feel. The 37.6mm dial holds a magnetic needle calibrated to better than +/-1 degree, with a luminous face for night use. A built-in bearing lens lets you read the scale clearly and measure the angle between targets, while the side carries a millimetre ruler in both centimetre (0-6cm) and inch (0-2in) scales for measuring height and distance directly. The back carries a COTANGENTS 360-degree conversion table, so you can translate bearing and slope into target height and width. At just 106g and 76.5x54x14mm, it slips into a pocket or hangs on your belt, and ships with a colour box, a nylon pouch, a bilingual manual and a hand strap. Ideal for travel, cycling, hiking, camping, exploration, sailing, geological survey and classroom learning - a dependable navigation companion.
