The SAGA upright metallurgical microscope MG3000 features an infinity-corrected optical system with 40X-1000X magnification, plan achromatic objectives (4x/10x/40x/100x) and a WF10x wide-field eyepiece for sharp, clear imaging. The hinged trinocular viewing head is inclined at 30° and can connect to a camera or computer for photo, video and image analysis. It offers bright-field and polarization observation with LED dual illumination — reflected light for inspecting the surface of opaque samples such as metals, ores and semiconductors, and transmitted light for transparent thin sections.
